I have used the services of Functional Physio a number of times over the last three years for degenerative back pain issues and a knee injury. Jo and Catherine have both provided excellent support, professionally diagnosing the root cause / issue and providing the treatment needed to help me get mobile again in the shortest possible time. Their pro-activity in helping me get active and address underlying posture related issues to avoid re-occurrence of symptoms is refreshing and instils a positive mind set. As part of the pro-active avoidance approach, I have been attending pilates classes run by Jo for several years and found the benefits in flexibility and muscular control have contributed to a reduction in back related issues.
