Under normal circumstances, we run face to face classes with a maximum of 10 per class in a well ventilated hall. Again blocks are 6 weeks at a cost of £70 per block.
We are unable to refund for missed classes. We have to ask for payment 1 week in advance for all blocks please to secure your place.
Jo trained with Pilates Solutions Ltd and Catherine with the Australian Pilates Institute (APPI).
What sets us apart? We are Chartered Physiotherapists as well as Pilates instructors ensuring you have a clinically trained eye on you at all times.
Pilates can be beneficial for just about anyone regardless of age and fitness level. It is a gentle, safe and very effective form of exercise which improves general flexibilty and strength, improves posture and reduces the risk of injury. It is particularly beneficial for people who suffer from or have suffered from back or neck pain and we often receive referrals from GPs and other health professionals to help in the recovery of these and many other musculo-skeletal injuries.
Pilates focusses on improving the strength of 'the core' which is the group of muscles that support the low back and pelvis. With a strong core, we can lessen the work of other muscles and joints which in turn reduces the risk of injury or re-occurance of injury.
